How to wash MMA
Shorts
1.) Fasten the fly and waistband securely.
2.) Turn the MMA shorts inside out.
3.) Gently hand wash the MMA shorts in cold water saturated in a mild
liquid detergent with similar colors only. Do not use bleach.
4.) Air dry. Tumble dry low first if you need them to be dry quicker,
then air dry.
Hand washing and air drying is preferred. Be sure to use a delicate
washing mode and tumble dry low if you have to use a washing or drying
machine.
Always follow the manufacturer washing guidelines if they provide
different information.

There isn’t a standardized mma shorts sizing chart. When in
doubt which size to buy, the best thing to do is to buy the size you
would wear for dress pants.
Also, it is recommended that you buy the next size up if you are
between sizes or not a slim build.
