Q.) WHO WEARS MMA SHORTS?

A.) MMA shorts is popular amongst fans and fighters that practice mixed martial arts, submission grappling, jiu-jitsu, judo, wrestling, vale tudo, boxing, muay thai, jeet kune do, and related styles of martial arts.

Q.) WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

A.) Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

Sometimes the credit card payment needs to be cleared before the order can be shipped.  Credit card payments generally require 5 days for payment to be cleared when the billing address is different than the shipping address.

Q.) HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?

A.) We charge the rate that the United States Postal Service (USPS) charges based on package weight and shipping address.  Please go to the shipping page for detailed shipping information.

Q.) AM I GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE THE STYLE AND COLOR I ORDER?

A.) Yes! You will get the style and color order.

Q.) ARE THE ITEMS IN MY CART RESERVED FOR ME?

A.) No.  Adding items to your cart is simply placing items in your cart for checkout.  This does not remove items from our inventory and items are still available to those that want to order them.  Only completing the checkout process will cause our inventory to decrease.

Q.)  CAN YOU PLEASE LEAVE OUT THE PRINTED INVOICE? I WANT TO SEND AN ORDER AS A A GIFT.

A.) No problem.  Just let us know in the "Customer Notes" section during the checkout process that we should not send the recipient a printed invoice because the order is a gift.

Q.) RETURN POLICY

A.) We only accept returns if the product is in its original, unused, unworn condition for up to 30 days from the shipping date.  Products with tags detached, odor, or have been washed are considered to be used and do not qualify for returns.

Return Process
1.) Return the unused items in original condition with the original packing slip.  You are encouraged to ship and purchase delivery confirmation through USPS.

2.) Please notify us that you are shipping a return using the Contact Us form so we can anticipate your shipment and quickly process your return.

3.) Upon receiving the returned merchandise in original condition, the processing department will issue a refund for all merchandise returned less shipping fees.  (We are unable to issue a refund for shipping because USPS does not issue refunds for service rendered).  It takes approximately 5 business days to issue your credit card a refund.

Note: You are responsible for paying the shipping fees to return the items to us.
